We are a modern company manufacturing machining tools. Through a combination of modern technology and top quality materials we can offer machining tools meeting all quality standards. It was thanks to that top quality of products that we became one of the largest companies on tool market in Poland.

Tools

Our sales offer includes thousands of items. Those are both monolithic and compound tools. Apart from standard range of products, we can also customize any tool to meet your specification. We can make the tool you need

Services

Dolfamex offer includes, beside the modern tools, also a wide range of rendered services. Upon a customer request we cover our tools with PVD layers. PVD layers superbly improve the tools life and strength. Our company offer also includes the heat treatment services. Heat treatment of tools makes their parameters much improved. We also render the standard services of sharpening and regeneration of tools made in our company.

Machinery

Our tool are produced on special CNC machines made by: Walter Makino Seiki, CNC milling centres made by: Chiron, Bridgeport and Dyna and CNC lathes made by: Colchester, Chofum and Haco. Thanks to modern stock of machines repeatability of our tools is very high. At present we have bought a grinding centre, of high output capacity, made by WALTER, type HELITRONIC VISION. On that centre we produce our perfect tools made of solid carbide.

Technology

Dolfamex has got modern machinery thanks to which we can manufacture highest-quality tools and are able to quickly reprogram the production any time in order to create tools needed by our customer at a given moment. The computer-aided production organization enables to plan, manufacture and deliver the products exactly on time.

Quality

The high quality of our products is our objective. Precise parameters of each product are carefully checked by highly qualified staff of our Quality Control Department. The dimensions are often given in micrometers, so a detailed verification of every single product is necessary to meet our customers’requirements
